
Veranda Mojito Fizz
Try this Italian take on a Cuban classic.

- 1/3 cup blueberries
- 6 mint leaves
- 1 Tbsp. sugar in the raw
- 2 oz. light rum
- 2 ½ Tbsp. lime juice
- 2 oz. Riondo Prosecco
Directions
Directions:
Put blueberries, mint leaves, sugar, and lime juice into a tall glass. Muddle until blueberries are smashed. Fill glass with ice and pour in rum. Stir lightly. Top with Riondo Prosecco. Garnish with blueberries and mint sprig.
