Magic Spritz
Cue the perfect Halloween beverage with our Magic Spritz.
Ingredients
Butterfly Pea Flower Simple Syrup:
1 cup Sugar
¼ cup Dried Butterfly Pea Flowers
Cocktail:
1 oz. Lemon Vodka
1 oz. Butterfly Pea Flower Simple Syrup, chilled
Ice
1 oz. Fresh lemon juice, chilled
4 oz. Riondo Prosecco, chilled
1 lemon wheel or twist
1 edible flower
Directions
Butterfly Pea Flower Simple Syrup
- Combine Sugar with 1 cup of water in small saucepan, boil.
- Stir and heat until sugar dissolves (approx 1 minute)
- Remove from heat and add butterfly pea flowers, stir.
-Cool at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Strain through fine mesh into an airtight container ( will last 2 weeks in refrigerator)
Cocktail:
- Combine ice, Vodka, and Buitterfly Pea Flower simple syrup in cocktail shaker, shake well.
- Strain into a wine glass over large ice cubes.
- Pour in lemon juice.
- Top with Riondo Prosecco.
- Garnish with lemon wheel or twist, edible flower, and enjoy.
